如果要问或者回答“做某事已经多久了”英语培训，一般用现在完成时。

比如“我在上海已经住了5年了”，英语是 I have lived in Shanghai for 5 years.

因此对于题目的提问，首先还是要用完成时态回答。之后的解释中，可以提到自己理发的频率，上次理发的时间（过去时），这样答案会比较合乎逻辑。

I have had my current haircut for about 2 weeks, because my hair grows very quickly, if I don't do anything about it in one month, I would look very disheveled and untidy. 思路解析：

主要考察英语表述频率的句型和词组。

回答时可以先正面给答复，once a month, once in 3 weeks, twice a year 等等类似的词组。
